I am a Registered Dietitian with a prowess for encouraging people to eat healthy, delicious, scratch-made meals. Having worked in the health care industry, I am now following my dream of combining my love for cooking with an undying passion for educating and sharing diet alternatives with others.
A vegetarian since 2005 (vegan since 2017), I began experimenting with cooking meatless cuisine, seeking bold textures and flavors. I love showing others that vegan and vegetarian food is delicious and flavorful. Not to mention, healthy and well-balanced!
With today's busy lifestyles, planning and preparing meals that provide the selection and variety our bodies desire can be a challenge. I have planned an inclusive menu that is both healthy and delicious.
