Meet Amanda

I am a Registered Dietitian with a prowess for encouraging people to eat healthy, delicious, scratch-made meals. Having worked in the health care industry, I am now following my dream of combining my love for cooking with an undying passion for educating and sharing diet alternatives with others.

A vegetarian since 2005 (vegan since 2017), I began experimenting with cooking meatless cuisine, seeking bold textures and flavors. I love showing others that vegan and vegetarian food is delicious and flavorful. Not to mention, healthy and well-balanced!

With today's busy lifestyles, planning and preparing meals that provide the selection and variety our bodies desire can be a challenge. I have planned an inclusive menu that is both healthy and delicious. From those wanting to add meatless meals in their diet, to strict vegans and those with special needs, everyone is welcome and we will do our very best to accommodate.
